Step by step

How we work

  1. We listen first

Every job starts with what you need: a socket in a new room, WiFi that reaches the far end of the house, or broadband where the phone line cannot deliver it.

  2. We look at the property

For WiFi, wireless links and 4G we carry out a free onsite, no obligation, survey, so the advice fits your building rather than a standard package.

  3. We do the work properly

Cabling is run and terminated to the standard we are certified to, and equipment is set up to your requirements.

  4. We check it before we go

Lines, coverage, signal and speed are checked, and you are shown how everything works.

Homes, businesses and the places in between

Our work ranges from simple residential jobs, such as an extra telephone socket or a crackle on the line, to business telephone systems, data cabling and WiFi for offices, hotels, care homes, farms and holiday lets.

Some of our favourite jobs are the awkward ones: WiFi for boats on a tidal marina, wireless links between farm buildings, and broadband for places the phone line cannot serve. You can read about a few of them on our case studies page.
